Wow.

There are more people playing public D2 games than PoE right now and that has a FFA loot system, even worse than allocation timers.

This is a great change for those, "complain forever until we get something changed then stick around for a weeks after and leave" types. People that want this don't really know what they are doing to the game.

This change goes against the spirit of the game entirely. There is nothing more killjoy in a loot based game than automatic loot distribution.

Well, there is. A FFA loot system with no options.

Thankfully, the new optional system will cover all needs.

Good work, but i vote vor a "long time allocate".(for example, add a 30sec base allocate to each item.)

A permanent allocate can be raly frustrating, if something drops you realy need, allocatet for an other player, and that player is to lazy/dump to pick it up, or dont understand english and keep playing, until you stand beside youre Item of youre dreams, and be impossible to pick it up.

Now all that is left is to implement it that
unique items get allocated to the persons with the highest IIQ and IIR rating.

Playing a magicfinder is like playing Pain, all you get is negative resistances and no lifepool with no damagecapabilities.

It would be fair. We magicfinders spawn the uniques in the first place.

Though I'm still missing an option to turn "maps to maker" on/off.

Yeah, thought about this as well.
Maybe there should be a time limit of "permanent allocation". 10 Minutes?

Thanks for the update. I am sure there are people who will look forward to playing with the new loot systems. I have only one suggestion, and that is to add items with 6 sockets to the list of valuable items.
