[1.0.5] Lightning Strike Staff Crit Templar Build - 17k+ DPS - Dual Curse
Hi!
Can i use this staff? I know it has no high phys dmg, but maybe the +2 to lightning gems is usefull or compensate this? or should i reroll stats? Last edited by soxhlet#0901 on Aug 21, 2013, 7:11:44 AM

" Lvl of lightning strike really isn't important. It only gives a small % boost to physical damage. |
|
If only it had a flat physical roll or even attack speed, it'd be pretty beastly. Those last 3 stats :-/ Anyway, enjoy the build, I just seriously need more HP on my gear, running around 1400 HP @ level 62 is pretty rough at times. |

I want to get rid of this staff.
offer me on BuddhaAbs or PuckArrows Looking for LA ranger upgrades. |

I found this recently and found this build exciting, but I'm wondering if this build is viable as a lightning strike / sporker hybrid. I currently am leveling a Witch with all my skill points still saved at this point, any build suggestions or should I just stick to strictly lightning strike? A very rough theory build seeing as I'm only level 30, but I would love suggestions toward making this work as a witch. -Thanks Last edited by puppysty#1259 on Aug 25, 2013, 12:31:54 PM

Need advice guys. I've been working on this build, and I really like it so far close to level 70. The thing is, I quit playing poe for like 3 months after leveling 3 other builds past level 70. The main reason was because it seemed like even when you get higher up and play higher level maps, you don't get much unless you have high iir and iiq. So I saw this build and wanted to try it out, but this time I tried to build around having high iiq and iir
so first here is my gear and my current passive tree http://www.pathofexile.com/passive-skill-tree/AAAAAgUAAP0CcQSzBVsMfQ5IEH8RlhOeFE0UsBZvFr8XUBhdGYUZ1xo4Gmwc3CQ8JKomlSepKU8yiTbpOjBG10k7SVFMLVVLVcZX4lptXcZd8mHiZ71te3BScNV35X4zf8aCHofbiGuLjIw2j0aQVZuhna6iAKKjpJGnCKdcp4SpaKyYtQS1SLiTvJ_AUcHzxp7PZdDQ1Bna3dsL4XPjauOE45_kIuw47SDub_Af8Nnz6vfX I also have The problem I have right now is this.... If i put the Kaom's on, I dont have enough cold or fire res. So i'm thinking I should drop the gloves and go back to the rare pair i have. I've also been using the arc totem with the 5 link chest and it works well, and im fond of it, but I guess I can drop it if i dont need it. My question really is... Should I forget about the Kaoms and try to find a better 5 or 6 link chest or should I drop the thunderfists , put on the kaoms, and try to get gloves that fit my res needs? How important will the life the Kaoms gives me be later on? Also, I really don't think I need the Alpha's howl... I can use all 6 aura's without the reduced 8% from the howl. Any help please? " I'd say go Kaoms, get rare gloves, drop Alpha's Howl. Since the Alpha Howl patch its not worth using if you don't need the -reserve%. You should try to get helm and gloves with accuracy as well, or you'll miss a lot. |

thanks. thats exactly what ive been looking for, some high accuracy rare gloves. the helm im not sure about, havent been able to find one with as good of rolls as mine but i'll keep looking, thanks

" yea with flat phys that thing would have some pretty crazy phys dmg. |
|
Guys there's something on the tree wich I don't understand.. why 8% projectile damage nodes in the shadow area instead of may be some of the 10% phys dmg nodes in the templar area?
