Trust me, this build can still be great fun w/o Soul Taker. In the event that you cannot afford one, I highly recommend a SLOW and HARD hitting weapon with pure physical and fire if you can find it. The reason behind this is because without soul taker you will need to run on BM. Because of this you do NOT want a fast weapon. It may show you higher dps but you will end up hurting yourself with every swing. I recommend something like this:

bringer of rain or devoto helm can be used in that build ?

So I've just solo'd merciless Vaal with semi-decent gear.



Had a few close calls, but I managed to do it.

I have a respectable health pool, so I'm gonna get more block, currently at 52% block and 26% spell block.

Finally decided to try this build, after chroming my chest, I ended up with 6 Red sockets, no idea whether I should try to get 5R and 1G. Running Added Fire in the extra red instead of faster attacks for the meantime.



Does anyone use Blood Rage with this build with good Chaos Res?

Nice craft!
I tried blood rage when I had over 50% chaos resist and still did not like it. However, with the addition of the scion on launch, I will be working hard on finding a way to make a CI version of the build to test out.

Hey, i didnt play for about a year now and i am back again :D i want to test your build but what i dont understand is how do you run 7 auras withought the 10% passiv reduced mana skills?and how do you buff 7 auras if they return back after you switch your chest?after every map new cast?
