Good news! haha a new system to our beloved game, i'm so excited about this changes, can't wait for it.


Chris or some dev, we Will have a Skill Refund in this patch?

I would love to test new Skill builds on my characters, since we all gonna get Wiped soon, i think you could add some Refund System till we get wiped for the OBT?

only for the CBT a Refund item in Cash Shop, or on CBT last Week, dunno :p

I think you would have to rely on your team-mates telling you what mods are on the map. Otherwise I would NOT be a happy camper.

Why do people keep asking this? It is not going to be implemented.

I am also giddy about this announcement, but I do wonder why this is only restricted for the end-game content? I feel that after A3, the normal player is beyond that of a typical noobie about game mechanics. I feel that maps could be a way to level and grind to make each difficulty a bit more of a jump than it currently is.

When I play on my characters, going from normal to cruel barely feels like a bump at all. Using maps could be a way to make the difficulty change much more noticeable. Not to the point that it was necessary to farm maps every difficulty or die, but I wouldn't restrict this mechanic off the gate to just end game content. If I am leveling my xth character and want to feel something different than the 3 acts, this could relieve that feeling for awhile in any difficulty.

Have to say, this looks pretty damn impressive!

GGG deserves a pat in the back for a job well done.

When does patch 9.0.11 come out and will we get a skill reset?

We don't have an exact date yet. This is one we really don't want to screw up. There will be a skill reset. Looks like a new skill web too...

Seriously awesome idea here.... Was hoping for something like this ever since we saw the chisel teaser. I was going to hold of playing more until act 3 arrived, but this update has a solid chance of getting me back earlier :P
