" I agree with everything you've said. I've completely stopped playing PoE since the last desync killed my high level HC character. They are doing NOTHING about addressing the desync, and although Chris has said a few things to me in private message about it, it's NOT public knowledge at all. He said they are working on a "desync" patch/fix of some kind, and to give them a few weeks. That was 2 or 3 months ago. Either they aren't good enough to fix this problem, or this problem can't be fixed with current technology. If that's the case, then PoE isn't really all that viable of a game for HC players, and I'll have to peace out. |

I had big hopes for PoE. I even threw my money at GGG blindlessly. I regret it now though.. What did I know, there was no desync spoiler.. If we are to suck it up and simply view ''desync as a part of the game'', then it is a shit game.

love the patch, said this b4 in the devblog (dreading the skill reworking of my precious freeze mine). laughing at the players with their baseless opinion on why its a bad idea (and trying to insult the people who gave reasons as to why its a good idea good > bad . ), because it balances out quite well. and most of all, going to enjoy watching the masses say "wowww so much betterrrrr" when the actual patch hits, keep up the good work GGG.

"I think it means we won't see tiles that appear passable, but are not. The unwalkable water tiles at the edge of many zones in Act 1 are probably the best example of this, if I'm understanding correctly. |

If they were serious with adjusting the synchronization, they would bring to a halt the useless patching and direct their full energy to tackle the #1 problem this game faces. It is as if you broke your leg, and instead of restoring your leg to its full working potential, the doctors insist on giving you facial manicure. Turn all new 66 and 67 maps into 68+. 66 67 maps don't need to exist. Turn the mob level up in them.
