At least the devs post while beta testing heroes of might and magic 6 you get no feed back what so ever from ubi soft.
Hardcore is the only way to go!

Watched this game progress as an anonymous and didnt clue in........... NEED a forum account, duh. Well here we go, begin the wait time ! Hey i hear you need more Heroine beta testers :P

I think the random timed giveaway is the best way to handle it :)
I like rhymes :)

I, along with many people on this forum, believe that the random timer is the way to go. If it was not random, people may get butthurt because someone else got picked over them. And I don't think Chris or any of the Dev's would want a crowd of angry butthurt gamers on their hands.
With that said, KEEP THE RANDOM TIMER!! :D It is a good way to pick people for the beta. Another thing, if you do not have a beta key yet, just be patient. Sooner or later you'll get to play the game. Whether it be in the Closed Beta, Open Beta, or Live, just be patient. |

This is outdated, but yeah he said if there was a problem with the timer picking inactive/no post accounts over the rest-that-they would look into it.

I like the random timer too. It is another example of how the devs are willing to try different things even if they might get flak for it.

The system is fine. Just wait your turn, and make sure to give a lot of feedback when you get in. That's the point of Closed Beta, after all.
