Because even if it were useable, which it isn't as its the map boss, it won't survive Sirus, Uber Elder or deep delves, which is the focus of the build.
But maybe thats just me. The clear speed of the build is abysmal, and all the possible improvements to it in the world won't make it anything but a very slow build. So I tend to disregard any improvements focused on that and only go for making it more viable against the end-game and deep delves.
It is you, lots of people play different builds for different reasons. Personally my internet and PoE hate each other. Not matter what I do I get large skips in my ping 100% of the time I play. I have to play tanky builds like this to enjoy the game at all. If I play anything glass cannon I'll lag and be dead before I can react. There are lots of others that play the game on less than desirable situations, bad PCs, bad players, HC, etc. I would kill to be able to play zoom zoom and have my actual reaction times be all that limits me.

i think 99% of people are using this for everything. mapping and bossing. you can play juiced t16s on awakener lvl 8 without worrying about dying to metamorphs. you are doing the build dirty by saying it's abysmal because it's really not. it's not an autobomber or iceshot deadeye, etc, but for most people who only play one character at a time this is a perfect jack of all trades build that can do everything

Conqueror Efficiency is a very cheap way to get Hatred early, especially if you use maim on final socket. You only need enlighten 3 and no need for glove corruption.
It is hard to answer mana reservation questions until we can see your gear. Too many variables like socket color on armor, roll on Circle of Nostalgia etc.
Best to play around with level 68 POB and see how your planned purchase stack up. Mana reservation optimization is the core of mana guardian build and everyone is going to be a little different.

I did NOT say it is abysmal. I said its clear speed is abysmal. Which is a simple truth noone here can deny.
I absolutely love the build, else I would not play it for 3 weeks now, sink countless exalts in it or answer like 500 questions here and post new ways to min-max it.
In the future don't pick a word from a comment and focus on it. Instead keep the context the word was used in...

I Looked up glancing blows - double block chance but you take half the blocked damage. Isn’t that net result the same as not having it over a lot of hits?
Does this stop the “1 hit KO’s”?
Could someone explain why we buy such an expensive jewel (lethal pride is 2ex plus all the divines to roll it for little to no gain?

Really appreciate all of your contributions and you really helped to push this build to the max.
I think a lot of people can never gear two characters per league. So we use the same character for everything.
I think AG/carnage chieftain spectres is definitely enjoyable to try if you don't have a dedicated mapper. We still have two months left in the league and many people are already completely decked out so it is a bit of boredom.
I don't personally enjoy rolling alts so I always prefer Swiss Army Knifes.

you are doing the exact same thing... i never said that you claimed the whole build was abysmal. my comments were soley in relation to juiced t16 lvl 8 awakener mapping, i thought it was pretty obvious in the context of what i wrote. and it is not as terrible at that as you claim. maybe for people sinking 100s of exalts into a second character just to clear maps, sure, but for the average player then the clear speed is completely acceptable as an all round build
