by looking at the preview vids and when the mana "ticks", it looks like it will controls more like D2 than D3, in that you choose a destination instead of just the direction. im hoping you can interupt it before reaching the destination though, you will know what i mean if you've whirlwinded in D2.

as for blocking i have a feeling it will not trigger during cyclone, since blocking needs a animation. but having a shield is still beneficial for the statistical defences it provides(armor, eva, ES).

im going to hazard a guess and say it's a green gem, since GGG has been talking about the lack of a melee dex AoE for quite the time. but it will most likely require str as well, since they called it a dex/str skill/gem.

edit: cyclone+inc aoe+ added lightning+faster attacks+life on hit/leech+melee physical, anyone?

edit2: now i really wish there's a melee totem, imagine having dual cyclone totems.

So my only problem with the patch is. I didn't get a respec of the points near Berserking and the movement of Berserking on the tree now cost me 2 wasted points in my build OR I can spend 11! respecs and put it back how I need it. :(

Can someone at GGG help me out here? It would be very much appreciated. Thanks!

i got a full respec on 1 character, then got my beserking moved on another. if you had nodes by the new location and they could just move the node without breaking your tree, they did that it seems. seemed fair to me.

Right they moved it. However now there are just wasted points like they took the longer route to connect the 2 ends.
