[Version 0.10.7] gh0un´s Point Blank, Rain of Arrows Bowrauder
How does hp/mana leech work with converted damage? Not the gems, but the passives and rings that only work with physical damage.
I guess converting physical to elemental will lower your leech percent? |
" Egg-zactly. Because the less physical damage you deal; the less is available for the passive leech nodes to, well, leech from! Life is tough... but it is tougher if you're stupid.

Hi, Im pretty new to the game and Im struggling through normal, using cleave+life on hit because my rain of arrows deals... 10 dps >_> and Im lvl 23 :P
Any tips on leveling up? What gems should I go first? Which stats to proritise? (I know my bow is crap, I just cant seem to find anything viable so far) |

Any pointers on how to manage mana before bloodmagic?
RoA manacost with 1 or 2 supports is pretty insane and with less manapool from auras it gets even more annoying. Do you just not use the auras until you got bloodmagic? |
" When I did a very similar build, I had two mana flasks with reduced recovery rate so I could spam my abilities without worrying about mana. Right before I switched to blood magic, I was using slower recovery hybrid flashs and I had no mana issues while they were running. |
" I was playing with a 4L for a long time, while also using auras. You can watch the first video in the video tab, i explain how i manage the manacost for RoA there. In general, almost all of the questions that are being asked i probably have already answered in one of the vids. |

I can't afford to play with 7 auras since i can't get the chest that give blood magic to use wrath/anger/grace on life so i need to use them on mana. what of the other 4 auras do you recommend to drop?
" Well if you have plenty of HP, you might consider just using a blood magic gem on your wrath/grace/anger combo. It would reserve about 500-600 HP, but it is worth it until you get a better setup. Life is tough... but it is tougher if you're stupid.
" Here are two better options: 1. Use the Malachai Stimula Unique helmet (also grants blood magic) 2. Use the auras on your life with the blood magic support gem The auras will reserve more life that way, but you can leave them on lower levels to compensate. |
" I wouldn't say it is worth leaving them on lower levels. The cost difference is not really that big, reserving 100 HP more or less is not a big deal, and we all know how sick powerful the auras are. Life is tough... but it is tougher if you're stupid.
