Any ETA on fixing these ridiculous AMD FPS drops? (e: Nvidia cards affected as well!)

You'd think they'd prioritize a problem that a MAJORITY of users are having above other things. I'd rather have delayed gaming content (new maps, uniques, gems) just for this to get fixed and make it at least playable for people. Sorry to say but it sort of reminds me of Diablo 3, when Blizzard did the same thing. A widespread issue would be the last on their list, and it seems the same here. No offense but it seems to be reality these days.

okok, my issue was solved.

ditched my ATI card 7700, and replaced with GTX660Ti, and everything has gone smoothly so far.

Very very very different experiencec.

Has GGG said anything about AMD cards ? This topic has 30 pages and im pretty sure its just a small percentage of poeple that have the problem. I browsed thru this thread and it seems there is no solutions and no dev posts wich is pretty funny. No mention of this in the manifesto is what really worries me :(

it´s pretty obvious by now that they have no idea on how to fix it. and to add insult to injury ; patches don´t alleviate the problem but actually make it worse. i get fps spikes everywhere now (except towns) regardless if skills are being used. so depressing.

since the last patch, it also gets progressively worse the longer i keep playing. restarting the client helps, restarting my pc helps, but never for long.

Built a computer for this game, shouldnt of bought the AMD.....

plz someone save us!

Ok guys, i got some news here.
I contacted Support few days ago to send them the minidumps of the Bluescreens the game is causing on many AMD cards and i was told, that the person responsible atleast knows of the problem and is collecting data to fix this.
I'd highly recomment everyone to send their minidumps and/or other problem specific information to the support.

I really hope this get's fixed soon, since it's close to impossible to lvl past 80 with the death causing fps spikes and the crashes.
