Any ETA on fixing these ridiculous AMD FPS drops? (e: Nvidia cards affected as well!)

One of the developers uses an AMD card and has reported never having an FPS issue, so I wouldn't get my hopes up.
Computer specifications:
Windows 10 Pro x64 | AMD Ryzen 5800X3D | ASUS Crosshair VIII Hero (WiFi) Motherboard | 16GB 3600MHz RAM | MSI Geforce 1070Ti Gamer | Corsair AX 760watt PSU | Samsung 860 Pro 512GB SSD & WD Black FZEX HDD

Shoudn't they fix problems that players have? Not ignore them because they don't experience the issue themselves? There are loadds of threads with FPS issues by AMD users.
I have yet to find a DEV answer to those threads, other than: We know about it, but it's not a priority for us at the moment.

Buy Nvidia card.

Never get bothered again.

Not really ideal considering that ATI graphics cards are not just found on desktop computers but laptops too. I'm willing to bet that there are a significant number of people playing PoE on laptops where you can't just swap out your graphics card. What you're suggesting for laptop users is to buy a whole new laptop just for this game.

Where did the devs say this? AMD is pretty much the only other competitor to Intel. If you're buying a new computer then almost half use AMD/ATI graphics cards and the other are Intel/Nvidia based. This should be a priority!
