ICE WITCH GUIDE (CI + FREEZING PULSE with LIFE LEECH 0.25 Cast Spd Per Pulse.)

Hello Xmu, thanks a lot for your great guild ! It's helping me a lot in my reflexion of a cold caracter.
But i still got a problem, i don't understand how you reach your 151% of casting speed. What i got in mind : +15% from Frenezy ( with 3 charges up) +32% from dual wands +19% from jewelery +47% from Faster casting gem (20% Q) +25% from skill tree ------- +138% of total casting speed I have miss something, but i dont know what. :p Can someone help me, please ? Can this be transformed to work with lightning instead of frost with some minor changes? or do you think that lightning isnt worth it?

" yea i understand that, but i will be playing with another witch that is following this build and thought that it might be nice for me to go lightning for the debuff on mobs. so i was mainly wondering if you think a similar lightning build would be ok at higher lvls, dmg wise or if i just was gimping myself. i haven't found any popular lightning builds except for dual totems but don't want that so that's why I'm asking here, hope its ok :) | |

if u want some lightning damage to go with this gem then u can use the support gem (Added Lightning damage gem) and replace the increased crit dmg.
and use this tree if u plan to do so The Static Blow keystone is important for the Added Lighting dmg support gem. I also recommend u get a quality one since u get additional duration and +10% chance to shock with lightning dmg on a 20% gem. My IGN : Xmu / TeeBones

Been wanting to try this build after playing with freezing pulse on shadow char, was wondering with found gear and little luck will this build survive first time player game play?
Like these end game maps and things...sorry havn't gotten anyone over level 18 lol. Really like this spell and after wanted a caster to level with my melee marauder. |
