ICE WITCH GUIDE (CI + FREEZING PULSE with LIFE LEECH 0.25 Cast Spd Per Pulse.)

The way Freezing Pulse works is that you can hit all 5 projectiles on one target so ~2.4k(5) = ~12k so hitting one or 2 targets isn't relevant to Freezing Pulse's size. If you can't sacrifice your unique ammy, that doesn't hinder your ability to get mana regen from your wand and you'll still have more than enough mana, GMP included, Mana Leech not needed. I'm not home to look at my cast speed but its about as fast as Kripparian's FP speed WHILE he's using Faster Casting.

Trying to find the right mod on an item is not easy. Sure if u stack full mana regen and constantly use mana pots ,u might be able to keep up but thats something i know most ppl hate.
With Mana Leech , i dont have to worry about my mana or try to find good items with the correct stats with mana regen. I also dont have to use mana pots even tho i have them as it is mostly for dispelling Frozen and Chilled.

Without mana leech, sure you will be able to put another gem in there that increase your dps but then you will have to get high mana regen and constantly have to keep an eye on ur mana.
I'll rather focus on whats going on the screen than have to worry about my mana running out.

Its just what you prefer.

Dream fragment gives mana + regen and cannot be frozen.
I have no mana problems and with 2 pots to dispell frozen, i find no need for dream fragment. I'll rather get ring with cast spd and extra resist but however its up to u whether u want to get it or not.

Im glad u find it useful :D

Faster cast is not a bad way to go at all, mana intensive though.

I would like to note that if you have the money to get things like 20 quality added lightning damage/20% elemental weakness + static blows it will out DPS a faster cast gem in almost every possible situation.

But if you are on a budget this is definitely the way to go.
