I'm unable to find an answer to this elsewhere, so....
One of the races is Hardcore-SSF. I'm kind of curious to try out a hardcore character, but I'm a little concerned: if I die in HC mode, I move to the softcore SSF league, right? Do I suddenly lose any further participation in the ladder? I'd really like to not, y'know, lose my level to enter the draws if I happen to screw up and die, but I suspect that is what happens here? |

" -Turmoil is a non-voided event -Mayhem is a voided event If you die in HC - you don't lose your spot in the draw. If you died at lvl 36, you're still eligible to receive the chaos/order box. You also stay on the ladder, but will continue to fall back as other players overtake your position. You are free of course to make another HC character during the race and try to get further. You're not limited to 1 character. I'm not sure where your HC characters go once they die in turmoil; they may go straight to standard league or might be inaccessible for the remainder of the event, and then moved to standard after? I can't recall. Mayhem is voided so your character will never be accessible again once you die, and if you have one that manages to live; they too will be inaccessible after the event. |

Is there a reason why there is never a SC SSF variant?

" There's no ladder to "continue" on once you die - you don't move to the SC ladder. So no. If you wish to continue; make another character. |

" Based on the policies I've observed, especially concerning the Xbox: I think you will not get a "We want to make this happen, but are unsure of it ever happening" nor even a "We will make this happen and do not have a definitive time table yet." I suspect GGG will stay mum on the subject until it is a definite yes and they have a specific timeframe in mind. I do think they plan to have Xbox-specific events and races. Do they have them in the Chinese version? Did Garena have them? I do not know! (These assumptions are based on the fact that they worked on an Xbox version for well over a year and did not announce it until they had all their ducks in a row (legal stuff with Microsoft, etc.) and had a specific release timeframe to aim for) |

HAH Mayhem or whichever looked fun and crazy to play until i seen its voided and useless, LMAO. No thanks, dont like wasting my time all for not.
