You should have about 20-25% regen depending on gear/enchants

You get more sustain (regen + leech) if you have more ES.

I.e., if you have 20% regen, 20% leech cap rate with 5K ES:
5K ES, 1K regen, 1K leech/sec

with 10K ES, you have:
10K ES, 2K regen, 2K leech/sec

So not only is your overall health pool bigger, but you also has more sustain as a result of higher ES numbers.

I'm not sure if Instruments of Virtue procs with CWDT, I haven't tested it out, but I proc it manually with Blood Rage. Honestly if it works with CWDT, then it would be really nice as an auto-Soul of Arakaali too.

yes, I mean it's "30% chance on kill" and "30% chance when hit" , but not "30% chance on hit".
If it's "30% chance on hit", i would say it's definetely perfect.

Can you write about how you lvl up for 70? Im using stuff that u recommend and tabula. And i have so much problems with lvl. 75 % all resist.

The way I did it was grabbing a HOTM, those are usually around the first 3 days for ~5-10c. Then building life/int and a bit of damage that somewhat maps closely to the tree we use. This should hold good up until T10's, at which point you should really upgrade your gear to use CI/Incandescent/HOWA/Shaper's.

If you have problems with resists then grab the resistance nodes on the tree, there's 2 near Inquisitor and 2 near Shadow.

where should i skill first while leveling the arakaali version?
