" Nice scepter :D Yeah, while Doryani has really nice DPS, it is not mandatory. OP finished a Shaper service run with Lvl19 Flameblast. The damage is not a concern in this build. Thoughts on Doedre's Scorn? Seems beefy with tri-curse and actually usable with the ES buff. Been using it since I haven't found a decent ES helm yet. Mine's a low roll too. I feel that my damage is lacking alot vs bosses.
Took me a while to down merc lab iz. My current gear: Chance to ignite: 68% Tooltip flameblast: 1767 Cast per second: 8.26 Normal, Cruel, Merc Lab done. 7.4k ES atm. |

Are you switching to Concentrated Effect when facing a boss?
Your sceptre could greatly benefit from +% Fire Damage mod. I haven't run Merc Lab yet, although I should...but I'm often one shotting bosses in t4 maps running 4L with this gear: My sceptre is far from optimal with all that spell damage but it does the trick until I can manage purchasing something more suitable. Bought this for 5ex, lol. Dunno if i should go for QuadCurse or use 4 points from the tree. Any ideas? :D Or maybe i can drop the doedre ring, its pretty shitty. " Drop the Doedre ring and get 2x Eleron rings - preferable the ES ones. Worked like a charm for me last league :-) Being able to mastercraft % ES on both rings realy beefs up the ES when you get that far. |

Even with Doryanis, I feel like I'm doing next to no damage and have awful cast speed. I have exactly the setup you have but Flameblast is both slow and weak, and I have no idea what more I could do with the build to make it better. Proliferation has tiny range and I often don't ignite even with Chance to Ignite slotted. Also, I have gear very similar to yours yet still have 3.7k tooltip rather than 5k, so I have no idea what's gone wrong there unless your jewels are somehow getting you more than 1k tooltip. I'm considering just replacing Chance to Ignite with Faster Casting to make the build at least feel less awful. Doing 3-stack flameblast on trash packs as you suggested still barely dents them. The character is Never_Know_Best, if you want to see the actual char.
