Valuables gone, can't log in, and I'm not seeing the unlock code. they probably changed the email and the pass. Meh, at least I didn't spend money on this game GG GGG.

GGG hacked my account, thats seems to be funny, but is not, I dont remember my email password, my router changing my IP like 3 times per day, so basicly that new epic super safe thing about recovery password, where i can login to forum, and cant login to game, basicly stole my account, cause without that, my account was safe... GG GGG ;]

Maybe they should have thought of some sort of safeguard before everyone got hacked or whatever happened. I don't see why I should lose all my stuff and not be able to have anything done about it. I think GGG's "Account security policy" is pretty bad and just screws the people hit by this.

Account compromised, 99.999% sure it's not on my end. I don't use hacks, password has been STORED in the game since I downloaded the game so key logger is highly unlikely, am behind a router, A/V up to date, ran WoW for years and refused to EVER get an authenticator because it's pointless if you know what you're doing / are not a total idiot when it comes to computer security.
Not sure what's going on at GGG but this is sad. Someone has your numbers, maybe the account was brute forced? I have no idea but there is no chance this happened on my end randomly. No desire to continue with this game if this sort of thing is possible. Would love to see someone explain how it could be my fault considering the above factors. In my time playing, I have noticed a big amount of people visiting the sites the bots post in game. I also find it very stupid when people ask for a refund, as if they are in some form of entitlement. I've paid money too, if I ever get hacked I will report it and continue loving this game because they at least give a damn. Stop acting innocent when you know you've done something foul. Why is it that I never get hacked? Even on my super old accounts from games where I have at least 2k USD over the years in the amount of cash shop on them, I use different passwords on multiple games and to this day in my gaming life have NEVER been hacked.
