Season One, Race Event 2: One Hour Solo

I participated in the race (this was my first one) and made it to level 11 then died in the last 2 minutes due to desynch =/. but i made it to 11. i am not on the ladder nor have i got my points. has anyone else received their points yet?

" I had the same thing happen at lvl 12, as I was told, you have to stay alive not just reach the level req for points :( |

I amde t to 11 alive and have yet to receive any points. I have contacted support and got an email saying they forwarded my message to the appropriate people. i have yet to hear back. I'm sure there is nothing to worry about and it will get sorted asap.
