Looks like quiver isn't in any combinations

I think it should give 2 chaos orbs when you consider the amount of items needed but that's just my opinion.

That is an amazing recipe! Probably one of the most powerful orbs in the game for this recipe. At the same time it is good at clearing some space in the inventory.

Just wanna add:

The 6 magic items giving Orb of Augmentation is confirmed not to be correct in its current state, so the exact nature remains unknown. Also, it was hinted that there is another variation of this newly found recipe for Chaos Orb in the game. Apart from those, the last recipe seems to be what Chris called "a variation of an existing recipe".

Therefore all recipes are hinted at or known by now!

The recipes that need research:
6 blue items giving Orb of Augmentation - Specifics needed!
A variation of "1 piece of each equipment" is still not found.
An unknown recipe is a variation of an already existing recipe.

Having all applicable items with 20% quality in the chaos orb recipe yields a regal orb.

Interestingly, some items when added to the sell window will change the regal orb back into a chaos orb while others have no effect.

Agreed! I'm really enjoying using this new Chaos Orb recipe. I don't have enough stash space to match 3 for regal, and I'm not motivated enough to stop farming just to log off and mule. Being able to dump my rares and easily match up 1 from each slot is a great compromise!

I do not believe that is all.
To me a regal orb is worth less than a chaos orb since exalted orbs are so incredibly rare. Have anyone tried with white and/or blue items with 20% quality?

I think some people consider regal orbs to be more valuable than chaos orbs. I'm not one of them as I don't have the patience for the crafting endgame. At the very least they drop less often, around which the recipe may be balanced.
