Suggestion: Skill Tree Markup, Planning, and Summarization
Amazing idea(s) and thanks for taking the time to make visuals of what exactly it is us players need.
+1 and thank you! MightyZealot the Wand Witch

While you're add it, add a confirm dialog to the skill selection. It's easy to accidentally click a wrong skill by mistake while trying to drag the tree around, and orbs of regret are expensive.

I did that a couple times till i realised you dont need to drag, can just mouse the edge of the screen.
Or right click drag instead of left click drag, we have a whole primary button not being used :) |

" Thanks, that helps! |

+1, I wish I could see total bonuses at the end of a Spec so I didn't have to go add it up.

+1. I posted something similar without seeing this post. I would love to have a summary of skills. It would help with planning out my passives a lot.
|
|
I like the v1 feature from the original post (being able to mark interesting/wanted skills by right-clicking). It would also be helpful if it was also possible to mark skills that are NOT interesting/wanted in a similar manner such as shift-right-click.
I often spend time in the tree mousing over skills that I don't need, and it would be nice to mark then so I can ignore them more easily. E.g. marking all 1-hand and mace skills as not interesting on my 2-hand axe Marauder. |
|
Just wanted to make sure this is staying current.
For a lot of players the passive tree is very daunting and a feature that adds a summary of skills would be great. |
|
Playing with the passive skill tree on the website is a minigame in itself, and those suggestions would improve the minigame by leaps. +1
