That bow is a damage modifier from lightning to chaos. Since we do no lightning damage we would get no benefit from using it. A lightning arrow build utilizing lmp/gap with chain would be optimal for a voltaxic rift. I made one a few leagues ago and loved it. so for anyone who thinks BIS gear is unattainable or very hard to get, let me tell you something. I started in talisman league with this build. I now have a 5l +2 bow, lightning coil, andvarius ring(I'm going magic find) and a drill neck. all in the coarse of a week. this build is great and those items make it pop. Gotta give a big thanks to Grocery for making this build. Most fun I've had since my permastun groundslammer back in the original release of the game. I found a really rare unique talisman traded for the drillneck, then bought a cheap 6s bow and put a ton of fusings into it and found a lightning coil for dirt cheap (don't think the guy knew how much they are going for lol). as far as drill neck like Grocery said its not a required item, a good rare will work just fine, but Drillneck defiantly does boost the damage since the cloud dps is considered a projectile. edit oh and I'm running all t8 and up maps now with no problems at all.
