Just unlucky honestly. I rolled it 5 times with two stacks. Was trying to get attack speed modifier with +2.

The main thing i see is you have a 6L and i only have a 5L, but i find it hard to believe that one link will give over 10k dps...well long story short was wondering if you had some time if you could check out my gear/tree and if you have any tips that would be great :)
i loved the old PA and really want to play it some more, so any help would be great, thanks or your time.

I hesitated to do that build in the new league, and did something else because I wanted some guys to test the new gems :)
I'm reading it now, and wow. You have semi-crazy standard gear, and you DPS is 25k Oo
That seem very very very low considering your gear ! (and level 93 by the way)
I played a Lightning Arrow build, and with 20k DPS in the tooltip, you could anything in this game, but with PA/CA, I don't see how the DPS could be way more that the tooltip ? And your post don't talk about it at all ?

i guess lvl 4 empower makes a huge difference in dps, since ca gets a huge amount of cloud damage every lvl.
Probably lvl/quality of support gems also matters a lot.
I guess in a perfect set up(+3/30% 21/20 pa 20/20 all gems lvl 4 empower, 7-8 frenzy charges) it will be far more then a 20k
I have 6.5k cloud damage at lvl 73 with simple lvl 16ca +2/20% 5linked bow atm.

Yeah, but 20K+ is still very very very low considering : good gear + 6L with Empower 4 + 90+ passives ! Every build can get 40/100k with such a setup no ? :o

It's not just level 4 empower. You also only have level 16 CA. If empower is very good that means level 20 CA is very good too :) I don't have 20/20 on my new supports they are like level 15 or something. Still missing level 21 caustic arrow! So it is not perfect but yes my setup is good!

You have to remember concentrated effect is not included in tooltip. So multiply 25k by another 1.60 to get the actual cloud dps (40k).
