Explosive Arrow Marauder (Updated for Release)
I thought resolute technique kills the chance to crit and crit = igniting things on fire, but yet you have resolute technique and this template relies on burn damage? Someone help me out.

It's all in the gear and support gems :)

Actually, what really guarantees the burn on a whole group is chance to ignite + elemental proliferation + a lot of increased aoe

Curious, how would you change the build if you were to play this on default ? Would you still recommend Kaoms like you do on exilepro ?

Definitely. With Kaom's, you can literally pull the whole map.

I Really like this build and i have lvl 50 going strong. But i decided to do a little twist.
Instead of going blood magic, i like to run 4 auras. And just use bm gem on ea. So i figured i need even more hp and regen. So here is what i came up whit. Aura choise ofc Vitaly, Purity, Grace and Determination. Good concept. I think that, in order to run that many auras, you will need to spec into at least a couple of the reduced mana reserved nodes.

With the change in life-on-hit mechanics, has anybody else tried a different setup for the EE debuff attack?
I'm currently running: Ice arrow, GMP/LMP (haven't decided which yet), faster attacks, life on hit. Ice arrow has 100% damage rating so Life on Hit isn't touched, and I believe it is capable of registering multiple hits per projectile (based off some limited testing I did with single projectiles). The ground ice is a nice touch too, slowing enemies down and stuff. IGN: Ikimashouka, Tsukiyattekudasai, DontCallMeMrFroyo

I haven't yet. I had problems lagging with it in the past. I heard that some of the lag issues were fixed though, so I might consider trying it. It's definitely a decent option, especially because the ground ice provides good CC.
If I used Ice Shot, I would use the same setup that I did for LA (Ice Shot+LMP/GMP+LoH+Chain). And yes, I do believe that the aoe would act the same as the LA aoe (meaning you would get LoH from the enemies hit by the aoe). I do worry though that the lag will be quite severe. The patch fixed the ground ice lag, but I recall that, at least for me, a lot of the lag was caused by the particle effects of the initial Ice Shot hit. Also, I would once again like to mention that you should go to http://www.exilepro.com/builds/marauder/518-marauder-explosive-arrow-elemental-equilibrium for an up to date guide that also provides a good leveling explanation as well. I will no longer be updating the guide here, just responding to some comments. In fact, I would recommend looking at all the guides on there, since they are known to be strong builds.
