Sexcalibure is correct that the character doesn't have a helm yet. By that I'm counting only characters who are featured in the name of the item, or the item clearly indicates it's theirs. Also, When I say the character hasn't got a unique item in a while, how about we discount everything added after Sacrifice of the Vaal? That doesn't mean it's someone who got an item in SotV, just not one who got an item after it was released.
