Yeap just tried, probably mean so. But the chill is good, enemy atk slower. Anyway.. u can use mana reserve stuff to avoid that |

New belt aimed at physical Power Syphon + Hatred + Added Fire to use all mods? Reduced Chill Duration with high ES seems quite valuable for CI.

Well that chain belt is really good it's a shame there's this "ele dmg with weapon" as a CI FP caster this is absolutely no use for any caster.
And now I am sure this belt will be rly expensive ! |

What does that line "chill and freeze duration on you is based on 65% of your ES" on the belt mean? Bad or good?

that axe is the best melee unique in the game by FAR. Any buffs to melee are welcomed, but I think it is almost obligatory to use that axe if someone wants to play melee. This doesn't make me happy at all.
Basically, we got the melee version of Lioneye's Glare. Hardcore, Hungary
