The mods are interesting. It having 200 energy shield makes it instantly uninteresting.
HMM I wonder if GGG plans on adding prefixes like (level x skill) % chance on hit or on every 4th hit (level x spell) strikes enemy and such :P I remember a forum moderator talking about it a while back, but nothing has yet been confirmed?

Blood Magic on an item is pretty cool though, could save a lot of points for some builds. Shadows could do some interesting things with it, provided they leeched back enough life.
I think it's really interesting - it's a potential seven link chest. Granted, 200~ energy shield is garbage - nobody will use it even if they're doing a blood magic Witch build. It would be passable at 300-350, but at 200... you're giving up CI already for blood magic, as well as 20% life - it's just too painful with such low base ES.

Since you're giving up CI, I think it would be perfectly balanced to give it 250-350 ES. Have the increased energy shield mod be between 150 and 250% increased ES, making its value vary based on the roll. But 200 is just way too awful.

Too good. Needs to be tweaked. It should give critical strike chance only. Not crit chance and multiplier. Everyone is wearing them.

I use these for my armed build (maligaro is obviously better). The crit multiplier should be higher. 60% is too low. It should roll between 80-95% crit multiplier

That new two hander sword is for summoners.

I think it had 150% longer skeletons duration, +(1)25% more strength required to wield. Some dmg and life bonuses for minions. Forgot the rest.
