ok im confused in general....i downloaded the game and its installed. If i purchase the 10 dollar early access pack is that how I can play?

The game is still in closed beta, and you need a beta key to play at this stage. Later this year the game will enter open beta and anyone will be able to play.

The beta invite timer on the front page randomly gives out beta keys to forum members every few minutes.
The various supporter packs that you can purchase also come with beta keys, in addition to the micro transaction credit that you pay for.
If I buy a stash upgrade in CBT, would it roll over when we hit OBT, or would I have to buy new upgrades?

Q : So if I buy one of these packs does the kiwi carry over into the open beta and beyond?

A : Yes. So do any stash tabs or anything else that you buy.

Thank you.
I haven't read through all the 34 pages but looking through the general tips and info I saw one point that was not mentioned there regarding the skill gems system that I found out by asking in the chat.

As many mention the game kinda combines D2 play style with FFVII Materia system for skills and FFX skill tree (for passives).

So that made me think of something super overpowered that I did in FFVII with the materia.
There you could attach other materia to magic or summon materia just like you can here with the support gems.
What most people missed in FFVII is that if you had 2 of the same materia you could attach different things to the same spell.
With 4 Phoenix (Revives all fallen chars) summoning materia I combined Counter, CounterMagic, MP steal and HP steal. It took up 8 spots but each time a character was hit by Magic or physical attack the summon would cast healing me full and refilling mana. This was even cast if the character died thus reviving the character.

GGG have been smart enough to not allow this with the support gems as that would make it too OP.

Here is whats written
"Multiple support gems of the same type do not stack. For example there is no point connecting two Added Lightning Damage gems to a Split Arrow skill gem. Only the highest level gem will have an effect."

Can I suggest adding this to the initial post.

Combining a second skill gem in a different item with support gems will allow two different versions of the skill to be selected with the different bonuses from the support gems.
Thanks
;)
Hi everyone. Just bought my beta key. Can't wait to start. I have one question though. Should I pick every item? Can we sell items to vendors?
First and also most useful thing i think ill read about the game, THANKS!
nearly everything written by OP needs to be implemented into the game in the form of helpful tips. It would help out the new guys very much, i know it would have helped me.

All in due time though right? =)
