Tips / FAQ for new players

Could the OP also update that the items a vendor offers also change once every day? that part hasn't been added. Thanks.

Also, your necessary ilvl for 5 socket items and up starts at level 50 and above.

Click on the item you would like the iLVL of. Make sure that the item is attached to your mouse cursor, so you can move the item around with your mouse.

Then go to chat and type /itemlevel

The item level is now displayed in the chat window.

Wow, rather complicated. Thank you.

Thanks!

Is there any information how the drop differs from magic/rare/uniq mobs?

Is there anyway to change camera angle?

I noticed I can scroll in mouse wheel that slightly changes angle but too close to character? I really dont like the directly down pointing angle and a slight change to it would make me play this game.
hey all, i got a question, if i buy the beta do i get the game when it comes out or do i have to buy that to ?
Path of Exile will be free to play :P

Nope.

It seems simple, but the ability to change the camera angle SIGNIFICANTLY increases the amount of work that goes into the art, modeling, animating, etc. It changes the entire game, as suddenly elevation, collision, jumping, depth, and more become necessary for the game to function.

As a metaphor, imagine drawing a picture on a piece of paper. Now imagine if someone asked you to make a 3D paper statue of that picture. Same idea.

In addition to the logistics of it, it also ruins the spirit of the game. There are tons of MMOs and 3D, open world games out there to enjoy if want that sort of game. This is a different type of game, and abides by different standards.
Well, I'm certainly glad I read this first. I'm sure I would have been confused with some of the hotkeys xD. So thanks for this :D
Hey mates,
I 'm new to this game. I already read some useful tips here but i have a question about that "selling thingy" Is it better to sell identified items or not? And is there a way to reset my skill tree?

thanks
