Since you can't sell to vendors, is money easy to come by otherwise?

Weapon Elemental Damage gems work with other support gems like Added Fire Damage. EG:
Unavailable Passive skills that increase weapon elemental damage also work with the support gems. All above speeling mistakes are intentional.
Some items in this post are currently unavailable.
