Is there any way of mitigating elemental reflect other than resistances? For example, if it's treated like a spell(even if it's reflected from an attack) and has 100% chance to hit, can it be dodged with Phase Acrobatics?
Correct. Chance to Hit is a function of Accuracy vs. Evasion Rating only (which Spells auto-pass) - Spell Dodge/Block are entirely separate mechanics, and will do their thing just fine.

If it's Reflect Damage resulting from an Attack, it's either going to be Attack Damage, or neither Attack nor Spell (ex. Infernal Blow's explosion).

If you triggered elemental reflect with an elemental attack you can evade, dodge or block it.
If you triggered it with an elemental spell, you can spellblock and spelldodge it.
Wish the armchair developers would go back to developing armchairs.

Another question. If i block the reflected attack while using tempest shield, will anyone take the damage from it?
