Quick question - do I have better chance to get certain uniques: andvarius, tabula rasa, dream fragments in a low level zone than in, for example, high level maps ? Common sense says yes because there are less possible uniques in drop table of low level monster than high level one, however is it true ?

Yes but not for that reason.

1) The game decide the base item you will get.
2) The game decide what rarity the item is.

In a low level area there is less base items available so more chances to have the low level unique you want.

You have to do it before.

Just like if you see Vaal use his smash it's too late to use a granite. You have to use the flask before the hit is initiated or the bonus armour won't be in the calculation.

No and no :/
-Degeneration updates retroactively just fine; pretty easy to eyeball this jump in damage
-Hit damage calculation is done when the hit connects, not when the attack is started

When a Skill is used, the game doesn't know what defensive stats to apply to the damage until the skill actually Hits anything. How could it roll damage at the start of the attack :/ That makes no sense.

That said, the effects of a Granite don't apply until the server registers this, so there is delay on the Granite occurring and the effect of the Granite occurring, which can influence this.

In the reddit thread Kole was used as an example, who has fairly short duration attacks, so it'd be fairly easy for a Granite that you used after yourself seeing that he was doing an attack to not occur server-side before the attack, thus being the source of this falsehood.

It has nothing to do with the duration of the attack. I already posted what happens. It's got to do with how the game prediction works.

Is being in a party increases the amount of maps that drops?

No. The amount of Map drops in a Map is only affected by the IIQ rolled on the Map itself. Everything else is a non-factor.

I didn't find any official precision on Item Quantity. Some people say it increase all items, and others say it increase only currency.
Moreover, it seems maps drop is not affected by the number of player in party, but nothing is said with IQ.

I read the exact contrary.

1) the game decide if you get an unique or not
2) the game decide the base item

IIQ increase all items, incl currencies.
Map drop is not affected by the number of player in party. IQ ( from gear and gem ) does not affect Map Drop too.

What happens when you put "Rebuke of the Vaal" in your off hand, some mace in the main hand, and strike using "Glacial Hammer"?

Since the mace will always be used for glacial hammer, do all these extra things get applied to that mace attack? Or not, and therefore the second weapon is useless?

Maybe the Dual Wield section of the OP can be updated to explicitly state what addon from what weapon gets applied to what skill and when.

On items with the virtual support gem description "gems in this item are supported by", what is the quality level of the virtual support gem?

Is it always 1, or always 20, or always the same as the virtual gem level? Depending on the answer, it would be better to use the real gem fully leveled.

Modifiers on a weapon apply to that weapon only, unless the modifier states "Global". Rebuke of the Vaal is no different from any other weapon with Elemental damage; Glacial Hammer does not use the sword so the modifiers are ignored. Pretty intuitive, I'd imagine. :)

Zero percent Quality.
