It's a bug in the DPS display. It only uses your main hand weapon.
I searched for a few keywords but didn't see this thread pop up in the results so I'll guess it hasn't been asked here.

Anyone knows what would happen with Necromantic Aegis and an equipped Prism Guardian?

Will my minion's HP be reduced with Blood Magic?

Only the gems in the item have blood magic. So unless your minions are using those gems (which they normally won't be), then no.

An exception would be if you socketed something like raise spectre into that item. Then your spectres would have blood magic.

No. All 'Increased' modifiers are applied in one go.

With 100 Cold damage, 50% Converted to Fire, 50% Cold, 30% Fire and 50% Elemental damage, you deal...

100*0.5 = 50/50 Cold/Fire damage.
50 * (1 + (50/100) + (50/100)) = 100 Cold damage
50 * (1 + (50/100) + (50/100) + (30/100)) = 115 Fire damage.

The Fire damage is based on Base Cold damage; before all multipliers. Since it's Converted-from-Cold, it also benefits from Cold damage bonuses to simulate the conversion. It's only one multiplication, so there's only one time Elemental Damage can apply.
