Make a patch note that will piss everyone off.
- Eternal orbs no longer drop (across all leagues)
- Eternal orbs can no longer be use to save an imprint of an existing item. Any saves imprint can still be restored. - One Eternal orbs can be vendored for 10 Exalted orbs. - Added an extra item affix & prefix tier - current top affix & prefix tier is relegated to second tier. - Reworked all current unique items to take into concideration the new top item tier (all affixes & prefixes are moved up one tier). Use a divine to reroll within new tiers. - Monsters in zones at or above level 68 now have more health, armour, evasion, energy shield, accuracy, resistance and do more damage. Still sane exile?

Balance
- Reduced Vaal Pact to 20% effective lifeleech - Mana and Life leech Rate was reduced and is now 50% less. - Only Gloves are able to Roll life or Mana Leech now. - Atziri's Acuity Vaal Gauntlets: removed the Mods "Leech applies instantly on Critical Strike" and replaced it with "Leech applies instantly to Energyshield, Life and Mana" we also added 10% Life and Mana Dual leech. - Atziri's Acuity no longer drop. - Shavronnes Wrappings now have a build in 50% reduction against all incoming sources of damage. - Lifenodes reduced to 50% of their old value as we found life was to strong. Content - We overworked Piety and Dominus Boss fight for a more visual and exciting experience also we made them harder. - Dominus Attack of God increased Attack- and Castspeed by 250%, also the ability now have "crucial hits" and improved Area effect from attacks performed by dominus by 600%. - Implemented a easter Egg you can now find a rare Albino Drop Bear that have a chance to drop a mini universe in a marble. They will be able to stack up to 10. - Minimum requirements updated, GPU Requirement is now 2X Sapphire Radeon R9 290 Tri-X OC crossfire we tested it with the new bosses and the game now works properly on 28 frames. As we try to simulate the universe since the big bang within the marble easter egg we recommend 2 AMD-Opteron-6274 16 core preccors for proper functionality. Bug Fixes - Summoned Zombies had double the Life and Damage than they should have this was adjusted. - We found out that the Lvl 72 Map bosses didnt deal damage as they should. We fixed this by increasing damage of all Level 72 Map Bosses significantly. - Drop Bears now can spawn in Maps, they have always powerfull crits now as intended. - Fixed Detonate Dead properties used by Monsters against Players, its no longer considered "Fire" we changed it to "Ghost Damage" that bypasses any damage reduction. - Dominus should now be able to use Detonate Dead as intended in Hardcore.
