Man, I broke it all down for you. I'm fairly confident with enough practice I can do uber w/ any crit build.

Feel free to make a suggestion and I'll do it in the upcoming league if you'd like. I'm 100% confident if you do all the changes I suggested you'll steamroll her.

I think the real issue with your approach to uber is you're thinking about it how a ranged build does rather than how to do it as melee.

Maybe I can do this build on my alt acct, give vic my password so he can record it once I'm successful. But seriously, name a weapon that I can achieve 75% crit chance min and I'll make an uber build for it. I could use a challenge.

The only problem is leeching your life back quick enough, without acuities that is going to be hard as fuck, but you can always use life gain on hit assuming the dps doesnt get completely fucked

I only worry about going 75%+ for flasks, too many non-crits could leave me hanging. Also I'm not positive I want to use cyclone, gotta do some testing with other shit. I'd love to do a sweeper but not sure that's wise. I tried reviving my CB build for the psychotic feel it had but just got bored before leaving normal.

I'm not worried about life leech, if I'm going budget I'll have to do more work on my end but I'm pretty sure I'll be fine.

I really don't know why they would have HLD in standard. IMO PVP should only be in temp leagues to remove any legacy uniques making it fair for all players. But I feel we're getting off track here.
