We're proud to announce that The Fall of Oriath and Harbinger Leagues are now live! Initially the launch went really well but we unfortunately encountered an issue that caused the realm to crash. We've now fixed that issue and hope that it will be smooth sailing from here on out. The most recent wave of Beta changes introduced adjustments to the mechanics of Chill, Shock, and Charges. These changes generated a lot of feedback from the community and so we'd like to further discuss these changes and our thought process regarding aspects of game balance in 3.0.
