Which is a curse, it should not be a reason to nerf particular attack skill. It does not give any special benefits to frenzy either.

BS, does poachers mark increase your attack speed?

I also whould like to hear a GGG statement for the reason to nerf Frenzy.
Until then its just guessing.

Its like a dark cloud on a shiny day. Good work GGG, but this is really killing the fun for me.

Life is actually the same.

The only difference now is that you have high base life and low % gains from the tree VS low base life and high % gains from the tree. In fact we might even end up with more life than before with this change.

No, else Conduit would apply to minions aswell.
Condiut specifies party members. Minions are never party members.

Generosity, and the Auras themselves, specify allies. Your minions are always your allies.
not sure but with 10 possible frenzy charges and all the attackspeed notes+dual wield mirrored dagger crit build viper strike would maybe doing 1million dot dmg/sec and not only 250k like now.....

so maybe that was the reason.....
