This with the new viper strike? o.O Love the art but not sure if those numbers can stay as they are. Am i correct to assume it puts vaal pact at 70% efficiency? This will make it Bis for a lot of builds if so. Given the hp% of the new tree coupled with the very high base value's and unique property's it has very solid NotACuckRoach, yet i am amazed it made it in like that, and was not #67 that got tanked.
