SRS are pretty ok with Reverberation Rod from lvl 24 but can also be played rather effeciently once you get any 4L, or even better when you get a +1/+2 minion helmet 4L :)

But again, using other spells are most of the times more effecient when it comes to speed. Summoners starts to really snowball around lvl 50ish.

i have one question. If i put srs in staff with example 10-110 lighting dmg to spells will it increase my dmg?

Also what do you think about useing Tentacle Miscreation as rise spectre with gmp+chain

It will not benefit the minions at all, no. Minions are seperate enteties not copying yopur statistics unless the stats are minion specific. :)

3L SRS:
SRS + Echo + Melee Splash

3L Rev Rod SRS:
SRS + Melee Splash + Minion Damage

4L SRS:
SRS + Echo + Melee Splash + Minion Damage

I have tested the low budged srs build on my softcore character and compared it to mine in Tempest

I think for the low budged Version (without low life and stuff like this) you´re better running this build:

Maybe its not perfect and you can Switch some Points here and there.

But I think... "Wasting" soooo much Points for all mana Reservation nodes isnt that great of a deal without low life shav, you will only gain haste and some more ES

With this build on the same Level you will have 8-9 jewel sockets. Each of them can have 8+% cast Speed and 16% minion dmg. -> 70+% Cast Speed 144% Minion dmg + other stats like resist / life / es / dex / str

You can watch out my gear Im playing at the Moment (Tempest).
My skilltree is at the Moment not exact this Version but I will respecc after i reach lvl 89.

With that gear I´m at the Moment cap resist / +60 chaos resist / 5800+ ES and 4900+ Life
