What Happens when the Ambush and Invasion Leagues end this Weekend?

I have a predicament
I want to buy more tabs. Empty ones that i can use on dom runs to be precise to throw unidentified rares in to id for alts after a bunch of runs :) But I'll be buying half full to full tabs. I understand remove only are a temp solution to not losing all your items end of league but it would be awesome if i could pick which tabs to convert to normal tabs on buying say 6. Some of my remove only tabs are half or even full of sellable items If they are the ones randonly changed I'll need to spend more if i want to keep most of them Some of my remove only have a ragtag few items in them and being able to select them specifically would be great. Just an option saying u may convert 6 tabs. convert this tab? yes. awesome :P I get it, it has to be done but I also am just wanting to get 6 empty tabs to use for 20 dollars not 6 empty tabs for 40 - 60 maybe even 100 dollars considering ambush is soon to end :) thats my main predicament Last edited by TheVileOne#5157 on Jul 4, 2014, 12:33:50 PM

" Thats not a predicament, thats called being too lazy to sort it yourself. GGG has done the item moving for you, all you have to do is sort them. The remove only tabs arent supposed to be used the way people use them anyways. |

" you can call me lazy all you want :P but I'm fine with sorting. Have done tonnes of sorting in this game . It's poe after all :P. That's not my predicament. My predicament is alot of those tabs have items i will want to keep (good ones , great ones) and an option to choose which remove only tabs change to normal tabs would be nice for everyone. The items that get moved may be ones i want to keep therefore meaning if i'm wanting 6 empty tabs i've to buy more tabs and maybe more with 2 4 month leagues of items in remove only. All just to achieve my original goal of buying 6 fresh useable tabs The thought of having to spend 100 to keep said items and achieve my goal of 6 empty tabs at this point is putting me off buying more tabs. But yeah if i had the option to choose tabs id be buying 6 more tabs very soon.Fully useable workings ones :) Great game GGG keep adding, keep improving it can only get better If your going to call me names please at least be accurate and call me tight :P |

Stop complaining about the tabs everyone!
Not only you get 4 FREE tabs, but 6 extra tabs are cheaper than the monthly payment for most of the MMORPG games Not only you get your items transferred for FREE from the ended league, but you also can access them any time as you wish. If I were GGG, I would give just a single free tab, and pay-to-transfer items from another league! So not only you are using double the tabs you've payed, but you complain?!? Come on! |

" Your tabs are not being deleted but converted therefore you dont have to worry about losing any items whatsoever. If you really need lots of empty space then buy even more tabs. I dont really see the problem at all. |

Some people in this thread don't seem to know how people GET remove-only tabs. It's not a convenience! It's not me/us trying to scam the system. It's having 100 Stash tabs (which you paid for)... I also have 100 in Hardcore, 100 in Invasion, 100 in Ambush. When the leagues end, IF I played in the new leagues, I have 100 tabs + 100 RO Tabs (both in Standard & Invasion, if I filled them all up). Good luck merging 200 tabs to 100 (twice). Yeah I'm such an asshole for hoarding items in the stash tabs I paid for.
How about this.. 1 - In Leagues you can only have the STANDARD 4 tabs that EVERYONE has. Everyone is on the same playing field. There's a max of 4 tabs to be converted everytime a league end (which is easily bought with the new "transfer" system). See it as an extra challenge in leagues to play 3 months with only 4 tabs (which even "I" will tell you is more than enough to play this game) 2 - Another option: If a league ends and there's a max of 5 Remove-Only's to be transferred over to the main leagues. Imagine last month of a league five tabs saying: this will be transferred to Standard/Hardcore. Both 1&2 would mean Standard & Hardcore would get less inflated. (who apparently nobody gives a crap about, but I DO) and most importantly: GREATLY reduce the amount of RO-tabs created after leagues. 3 -Getting the upgrade microtransaction as a consumable is the other option to give people at least the CHOICE in which tab gets converted. I really wanna get in on the whole Cartographer Strongbox nerf as well. From what I hear from others they were already pretty rare. As a solo selffound player I'm one of many like me that have a problem maintaining the mappool. You found an awesome solution this, and now you're telling us they're getting nerfed? Don't get me wrong, I felt it coming when I read the manifesto, but I still don't like it. |

Mini-expansions are fun... but you really need to focus on Act IV and fixing the balance of the existing acts. Any character able to finish act III cruel is going to find act I and most of act II merciless just way too easy and unrewarding.
