[2.2] Culler-support. Now also budget! - Full MF | 12.6kES | 7 Auras + Guardian

I'm thinking about Yolo'ing this build, Do it the same.. Just without a shav's. Possible no?

I feel this build is way under-looked for how god damn amazing it is for magic-finding and support.

you can work up to the shavs using regular ci dual totem 4aura culler build.(which probably is as rare on these forums as well)

also have to note that when you throw on a few dps passives/gears with this build you melt everything faster than most real dps builds because incinerate is like that when shotgunning.

You could adapt the build using ci less auras, or trying with solaris lorica and very low es (I'm at 4448 if I unequip shavs).

@CowDizzle. No point in using dps passives when you get <10k dps, focus on culling.

Big update, still polishing tree though

Currently level 29 on Rampage. I'm following your tree that you updated for 1.2.0. Could you please update the gear and gem section? I'm not sure what kind of gears and gems I should be using. I looked at the "old" section and it's a bit confusing since it's kinda outdated. What type of dual totem should I be using? Which gems do I need to link together with what type of gears? Am I suppose to use Incinerate and Zealot's Oath? Please give more details to the build please! Thank you. (:

1.First and foremost, the build isn't supposed to be used for leveling. When you are low level you don't have links, passive points to auras and reduced mana gems.
Use whatever spell is good for leveling (I don't know what's best atm with so much changes, and I've never been a spell caster).


Once you get some levels you can start running suboptimal versions of the build posted, I've come up with this 60 points build in which you can start running some auras.

The thing is, I think it would be better to keep leveling anyway. What you bring to a party is better loot and more auras. Being low level means you have low values of MF, so you don't bring better loot. You also don't bring many auras until you have all 4L and the reduced mana gems.

TL,DR: Don't level with this, use whatever you want and then swap.

2.The sections "The gear" and "The gems and the links" from old guide are still valid (not 100% sure on prism, but rest remains the same). But again... everything is for lategame.

3. I'm not sure if Zealot's oath will make onto my final build,I have to test more. But I'm pretty sure if it does, it won't be before lvl 90, so don't worry about ZO :)

4. Incinerate is my #1 culling spell due to huge cast speed, decent range and good area (with gmp).

And I'll take a look at the old guide again. I'll start using Incinerate too. I hope that the final build will release soon and doesn't change too much from the one that you posted already. I wouldn't want to spend any of my Refund Points or Orb of Regrets in the future. :<

I decided I'll do a version with ZO, and a version with no ZO.

About the "final" tree you posted:

1.Remove life regen passives. The only decent one is the 1% one, and it probably will be out of my final tree (vitality already gives good amounts of hp regen). I'll need to play with it myself to see if it's worth.

2.Probably there is too much 6% es passives at the 2 es wheels.

3. Once you get the divination distillate flask, the flask nodes at the left of arcane vision are a must.

4. You are missing athleticism

Secondly, it should be clarified upfront that this is a Theorycraft build, that you don't have the itemization or have tested the current 100 point tree you are promoting.

You need videos. You can't say "Solaris Lorica" and Low-life farming without people rolling their eyes and think there is no way it is viable.

Your title should indicate that it's a totem build. Chances are, they are already working on either mine or Emfx version. It's a sticky point, but if you are sharing information, then you should begin with the title, and not resort to a misleading "hook"

I would never, ever, mention the words "Mirrored Gear". 99.9% of folks that need a good guide, will never get mirrors (self found/trade). It's how you alienate your audience.

Take out all the info related to Update 1.1.5. It's not relevant and a waste of time reading. An analysis of the changes is all that is required (but even that holds nothing for the viewer, other than some superfluous information). Normally, I would never engage in another authors/posters thread with the intention of starting a flame war (haha - thematically funny considering this is about Flame Totem), but since you insist on self-bumping your own thread, you need to fix it and put as much work into it as some of the other multi-page threads living on the top page. I don't care which Dual Flame Totem MFarmer build people follow.

I'm not in this for the hit-count. But I have to answer a volley of questions in-game and pm on the other Flame Totem farming builds, correcting mis-information and mis-behaviour :D
