One Week Nemesis Race Infographic

Beautiful, very cool.
Very few would plan to use CI in a week race. CI is the kind of thing that is only good for rich people and takes time to build properly. Planning around CI would just make characters worse off in such a race.

There is no real solution to this since that's how energy shield works currently. You can get insane numbers with endgame gear but gear under that is significantly worse.

Iron reflexes is the same principle but in reverse. In such a short race it's obviously best to focus on something that opens up the most gear possibilities. With IR you can use three different armor types and add grace for a really cheap defensive boost.

I don't believe acrobatics and evasion need another buff since they're quite strong right now. Adding more life to the shadow area would help though.

We will also be specifically looking at death rates for specific areas.
Buffing Normal Tidal Island so it can reclaim it's rightful place as deadliest?

Normal Tidal Island had the most kills, but in this race it was the second deadliest with 11 kills per 100 instances.

Cruel Sceptre 2 had 15 deaths per 100 instances.

Normal Sceptre 2 and Merciless Pyramid were next.

Only 15 instances of Merciless Sceptre 2 were run, but it still claimed one character.

If it's not too hard, skills would be a great addition to this infographic aswell.
Cool though.
The fact that IR allows such ease of gearing, and maximizing some of the most overpowered items in the current meta (BoR) are what make it an auto inclusion on almost all builds.

This is definitely due to those frog leapers. They're quite overtuned compared to every other leaping enemy. Evangelist are ok but have pretty high HP compared to many other enemies.

While the keystones used were influenced a little by players following specific examples, clearly Iron Reflexes is too dominant in this short format.

One thing, among a few things, that bothers me is that Mind Over Matter was placed in the bottom dex area of the tree because it was deemed "too powerful" to be put in the upper part of the tree.

That said, doesn't this same line of thinking apply to Iron Reflexes?

I find it terrible game design that you placed MoM so far from where it should be, near heavy mana stacking builds that would utilize it more. The same as heavy dex/armor stacking builds that utilize Iron Reflexes.

Iron reflexes is actually in a pretty bad spot. Dex does not boost IR at all and it requires quite a bit of travel. It would be in the optimal spot if it was in the left side of the tree.

Of course scions were one of the most used class so it's common to go down from the projectile nodes to IR.

MoM would definitely be too powerful if it was near the witch area. There is no downside to taking it with eldritch battery then. At the moment you can choose to use cloak of defiance and lose out on hp/resists if you don't want to travel.

MOAR infographics please! these things are amazing.
Yeah, scion is way too overused, usually in games the most balanced class do not excell in anything, here everything's the oppossite, its supreme in everything!
