agreed... it's not a minion... it's just a homing spell


I hope that its "minionness" will be about it being affected by minion gems and that this skulls` life, speed and damage might be increased by passive skills and unique items (Im sure that there will be uniques to upgrade skulls). And it will be fantastic if they might explode with Minion Instability.

Chris please read this, consider making it a spell/projectile spell instead. This is a huge disappointment when it comes to an actual minion spell, it's far more fitting for LMP+Faster Projectile etc, not as a minion skill. This seems to be a skill that will never even be close to farming effective even if it one shots mobs :(

Please consider this and then make an actual minion for summoners instead, but take your time please no rushed content! ;)

Summoner is my main class but this is a little bit dissapointing since this is "yet-another-minion-gem". I would rather see some shape shift gems

We need something that actually feels like a "summoner" skill rather than a reskined projectile spell. To go with the flaming skull idea, maybe let the caster make multiple copies of those skulls and have them follow the summoner. When the summoner cast a offensive spell or attacked by enemy the skulls will then activate and homes in on the target.

I'm sure the main difference will be the minion damage passives applying.

It means I should have to choose between spamming a single target, high DPS ability or continue spamming an AoE with Culling Strike.

As a thought: I might test 3 linking new pets with Minion Damage + Remote Mine.
