" Open Beta is open for anyone (which is why Chis is currently stocking up on servers :-D), and as far as I know as long as you have an account for PoE, which you have since you post here, you will be able to play. All you need is the game client and your login. 12/12/12 - the day Germany decided boys are not quite human.

If you get the desync issue fixed up, there isn't much that can hold this game down if at all. Just need that desync gone and your good as gold.
