I sent an e-mail in. Hopefully they can help those who have no use for scrubcore characters and delete them. I don't care as much about losing the gear. I am a Nemesis/HC player myself, and even though I sympathize with those who RIPd, I believe this is a great mistake by GGG! What about all the other characters who died because of bugs? One or more death(s) by bugs (or anything out of the players control) cannot be considered more important than another, yet in this case it seems so. Your credibility has been lost, IMO.
