Some 0.10.0 info and supporter pack shipping update
" We pay for all the shipping costs (which is funded by the $15 international shipping fee added to many orders during checkout. The amount that you pay when an order arrives is the "Customs" amount (an import tariff). We declare the value of these packs as the cost of making the goods (which is low), so the tariffs should not be high. | |
Can you give us any more information on whats happening to phase run, are you removing the movement speed increase on it?
Also, is there any more information on quicksilver flasks? Will they produce similar run speed increase to current phase run or is this meant to be a change the movement speed of the players? Thanks for the update. |

" oh nice to know about the value of the packs to make custom amount lower, thats nice. Still i dont understand(i forgot about the shpping fee =P so you remind me of it), the shipping cost is not covered by the shipping fee? In case that it doesnt, whats the % that the fee is covering?(if we can know) Last edited by Darion88#7345 on Nov 26, 2012, 11:33:47 PM

From what I understand, all the costs involving shipping is payed for by GGG, if they need to ship to someplace other than the US or New Zealand, there is a $15 fee to help cover the extra costs. Other than that, GGG will cover all other expenses regarding shipping/import fees/customs/etc.
I'm not Entirely sure about that however, so is there a chance that some charge for whatever will come our way? I've never bought anything internationally that had physical goods involved (just things like games or game subs that are done via the internet. I like the idea of the new flasks, and now that we will have an alternative method of temporarily increasing our movement speed, I wouldn't mind seeing the movement speed bonuse of phase run decreased a bit in favor of a higher evade chance and increased damage.

" i dont think GGG covers the customs or imports fee, thats something of each country and its different, and thats why Chris said they declared products by their cost so we dont get custom fees too big. At least thats what i understand. My experience was when i bought my Starcraft2 collectors edition from amazon, the Game was 100$ in amazon, amazon shipped it free until the product went out USA. Im from Argentina we have i think like 50% of price as importation fee, so that + the shipping i ended paying 100$ more. Same with star wars old republic, it was 150$ and i got charged 150 more. It really depends on many things: the country, how they send it, and the amount declared, seeing that the amount is based on cost of the product it isnt gonna be a big deal so dont worry about it =P Last edited by Darion88#7345 on Nov 26, 2012, 11:56:11 PM

Oddly enough, I am currently very happy that I can ask GGG to delay my delivery of stuff and trust that they will.
Also, wtb poe app for android so I can playtest alpha now. :( It sounds brilliant. https://linktr.ee/wjameschan -- everything I've ever done worth talking about, and even that is debatable.
