yes, like every charge, not only endurance.
I believe the increased duration is for immortal call, not charges

And it does work on it


The build idea is good (althogh not that original) the problem with the builds that rely on immortal call for phys defence is that if you screw up, you are gonna die.

Armor is safer

I actually did a build like this using EK as my main attack.
Difference was I didnt do the spellblock thing, I used 3 flasks(Ruby, Sapphire, Topaz)+Saffels Frame and the old Elemental adaptation, additionally the build was CI.
Wouldnt recommend it, physical immunity is cool, but the amount of attention you have to pay will drain you. It was plagued with issues like casting immortal call a 2nd time, lag causing something to hit you without immortal call, sub-par damage(it was about 20% slower than a sporker)
Increased duration skill gem don't work with endurance charges. Enduring cry is just the cry and the charges being a bonus.
You will still Take damage from elemental Attacks btw.
