Great patch notes GGG. The new Nemesis league will be extremely interesting thanks to all these changes.

I can imagine some POE players who are very business minded will start to make shit loads of real money soon from the Legacy items....

curse reduction numerical value is reversed. :)

I dont think a level 80 player is gonna care about getting banned for RMT when hes got a couple grand in his pocket from his legacy koams and can get to level 80 on a new account in a week, its not a smart move, just force them all to change, or make them untradeable, you have to do something with it in my opinion, unless you are holding onto a couple hundred yourself to retire on? :p
