I would not be surprised to see an arc boost incoming. It kind of needed change a long time ago and old discussions about shock being nerved often pointed out to a skill such as arc that only barely works due to it.

Might be though they are a bit further down the line than release as GGG wishes to see the effects of the changes, but than again it is release so either alpha tested sufficiently or well... it aint release enough I guess :P

In my opinion if they realistically expect us to pick up 200% to life in the average build in 1.0 then not a damn thing has changed. Great additional life for all 3 vs 2 pts, but why shouldn't strength (inherent life based characters) receive a higher benefit relative to a witch?

Regardless, this addition of life will not most likely not make a difference as it's only going to be offset by the additional aura cost for life based builds (i.e. you get 350 more health, but now your aura gem run on bm cost a % of your total rather than a flat cost).

Therefore, it's highly unlikely this is an addition by subtraction resulting in nothing felt/actualized.
HAHA LIFE GETING QUITE A BUFF <3 Justice is done! Mostly for high life characters like mine, yea so my ~5k life 88 lovely melee Ranger will gain about 600 life :O

Anticipation slowly dissipates...
I still feel that's not enough to buff life.
3 or 4 life per level would be more appropriate.

Love the "far shot" mod.

If a developer reads this: Did you manage to balance Rogue Exile in hardcore, or can we expect a serious rise in difficulty?
