1.0.0 Balance Changes

As a solo player, I'm a bit worried about the aura change. There's no one other than me that can run those needed auras (for any ES based character, purity+grace+discipline is mandatory).

and what are "MF characters"?



The diminishing returns means that the higher your rarity and qauntity, the less you drop chance is increased.

0%-50% may have a massive difference in drop, but 50% to 100% will not have as large an effect.



MF characters is shorthand for 'Magic Find Characters' which use IIR/IIQ to farm items.

i dont realy expect an answer but :
you change the need of thousands of fusings to make linked items. what about the
need of Chromatics for getting off colors ? its even worse than fusings.
you want a high diversibillity of builds, but you simply make it nearly
impossible to make some because of the need to have special off colors on items
(like GGGRRB (often needed) for ES Items).
will you address this too ?

Am I correct in assuming that this also applies to the number of sockets generated using Jeweller's Orbs?

I seriously hope so, as I've spent close to 50 Jeweller's Orbs on an Infernal Mantle already and not got 5 sockets even once. 15-20 of these tries were after using scraps and at a minimum of 10% item quality.

Are existing rare/unique 2H weapons getting buffed as well, or are we going to have to divine or just completely reroll them?
Honstely: This patch addresses so much, I felt uncomfortable with this awesome game. Now I will definately play the Dominaiton leagues and rethinking right now, how much money I should throw at my screen.

Nothing is mandatory at the end of the day, you will survive anyway, thats what players said when they fixed covenant, BUT they make things so much easier when you have all these auras, and it worries me that they arent really fixing the situation.

Grace is a fucking joke aura (with or without IR), discipline is not a difference of life or death in terms of how much ES it provides, and purity is really for ew / -res maps unless you are running real shitty gear and bad passive tree
