Patch 0.9.12qq includes a Legacy Migration

Was waiting for open beta before playing anymore, but now I might as well play, need to be in at least the top 50 on ladder :p

Glad to hear it - the old elemental gear everyone uses (myself included) was pretty out of hand and made for bad testing scenarios.

I'm assuming our Legacy characters take up our base 24 character slots? Legacy is just another league like any other league, correct?

Ooh! My first legacy migration! I'm so excited :) Any chance our legacy characters could have some kind of badge of honor come time for OB wipe? I'm not usually so vain, but I'd really like to be able to go "Oh, yeah, I was in the legacy league way back when. Jealous much?" ;p

Edit: I'm totally not being ironic. I'm looking forward to starting fresh, and experiencing the game again without the benefit of a huge inventory full of stuff to twink my toons out with. Will give a much better example of what to expect from map drops come OB, too, when there won't be as much currency floating around to roll perfect mods.

Edit 2: I'd also like to request a full legacy skill respec. Just because these full respecs have presented an awesome opportunity to test the waters with crazy builds we usually probably wouldn't bother trying out. At least, that's what I've been doing with my respecs! One last chance to test out something totally crazy sounds fun!

My first legacy migration as well! After playing in 2nd stress test i was so excited about this game. Soon after that I got my beta key in some giveaway and here I am - playing almost 5 months! It's unbelievable because I get bored rather fast playing the same game for too long! :)

oh cool, I love to start new characters.
There is indeed a bunch of crazy legacy items and a crazy amounts of currency gained from that 2 week race that need to go away so we can see if everything is actually in a good balance or not.

I will miss this sexy chest though, possibly the best ES double MF chest to ever exist in the game unless they return the mods to chests. :)
